Q1 2023 Project Update

Over the past quarter, we have made significant progress across Stage One and Stage Two of the Mason & Main precinct.

Stage One: Building A, B & C

Building A has reached a significant milestone with the completion of the

23-level main core that houses the lifts and stairwell. We have also made excellent progress on the internal fit-outs of each apartment, with five out of 23 levels now completed. During the fit-out stage, each apartment begins to come to life as the team onsite installs the premium quality fixtures, fittings and joinery.

Construction of Building B is also on track, recently completing the structure of level 3. Over the next two quarters, the team on Building B will be focused on topping out the 17-level building. Close behind, Building C has officially made its ascent out of the ground. The team has completed the structure at ground level and will now focus on building the remaining 13 levels.

Stage Two: Buildings D & E

We are pleased to share that the perimeter shoring of Building D has been completed and we are now ready to start bulk excavation.

Excavation and footing works for Building E have also been completed with the team employing the latest techniques to ensure the footings are strong and stable to provide a solid foundation for the building. The team is now preparing to commence works on the basement slab.
