Q4 2022 Project Update

The team onsite have continued to make great progress this quarter and are working hard to deliver the Mason & Main vision, which consists of five architecturally designed buildings, resident-only indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and a 9,000 sqm retail precinct.

Stage One: Building A, B & C

The structure of Building A is advancing nicely, with the tower standing at level 13. The team has commenced the internal fit-out of the apartments, as well as the exterior façade installation of windows and balcony balustrades which are now visible from street level.

On the McFarlane Street entry of Building A, the team is also busy at work completing the fit-out of the relocated Mason & Main Display Gallery. Situated

directly opposite Stockland Shopping Centre, the new Display Gallery will open its doors in Q1-2023.

Building C is steadily making its way out of the ground, with both Building B & C expected to be standing tall, alongside Building A throughout the first half of 2023.

Stage Two: Building D & E 

Both Building D & E have also made significant progress in Q4-2022.

The current footprint of Building E is reaching the level 4 basement, with the team expecting to achieve the milestone of bottoming out by end of this year.

Over at Building D, the team is working on clearing the site to commence excavation and shoring works in early 2023.
