The Mason & Main team recently caught up with future Mason & Main residents, Susanna and Rebekah, two sisters and proud Merrylands locals, who each purchased an off the plan Two Bedroom + Media Room apartment.
They shared with us their experience with buying off the plan and why they chose Mason & Main. Read more below or watch the video.
What I love about Merrylands is its proximity to the city and out west. It’s got access to all the major highways and freeways. There is a train station, access to buses, the post office is just down the road, the council chambers, police station. There is also a big shopping Centre here.
The Mason & Main staff and agents – Andrew Poly in particular – have been patient, so patient. I’ve never dealt with agents like that before.
The biggest hesitation for anyone when buying off the plan is that they don’t know what they are going to get. What assured us is the fact you can actually walk through a life-size model of where you will be living at the Mason & Main project gallery.
We both bought the Two Bedroom + Media Room. What I’m looking forward to the most is having all the space, all the new amenities, all the nice views and all the natural light that comes with having so much glass.
The first time we came through here, it was a rainy day. It was southwest facing, yet we were so surprised about all the natural light that was still coming in through the windows. So you can just imagine what it would look like on a northeast aspect, but also anyone who is considering buying on the southwest side can be sure that they are still going to get a lot of natural light into their apartment, even when it’s raining.
Our experience so far is that it’s been ‘fantastic’.
