Coronation Property’s Mason & Main Merrylands project hits over 60% sold
06/2023

Merrylands is about to witness the emergence of a new vibrant heart, as Mason & Main takes shape under the collaborative efforts of Coronation Property and renowned architectural firm Woods Bagot.

With construction underway, the development has recently achieved a major milestone, with over 60 per cent of its 346 apartments spoken for.

Joe Nahas, Managing Director at Coronation Property, said the achievement reflects the overwhelming demand and trust Mason & Main customers have placed in Coronation’s vision for the development.

“The response from homebuyers, especially first home buyers, has been truly incredible, reaffirming our commitment to delivering exceptional properties that transform the local areas in which we develop,” Nahas Said.

“We are grateful for the confidence shown in our project and look forward to welcoming the new residents to their future homes, where they will experience a lifestyle beyond their expectations.”

At Mason & Main, residents can expect an array of thoughtfully designed floorplans and apartment layouts that cater to their individual needs.

The residences include large multipurpose rooms, providing residents with versatile spaces that can serve as home offices, additional bedrooms, or nurseries, while further customisation is available through a choice of two colour schemes.

Each home adjoins to spacious balconies, providing the perfect setting for alfresco dining, with views to the Blue Mountains and CBD.

A suite of wellness-focussed facilities have also been included in Mason & Main, with a dedicated pool and gym on the resort level, in addition to a resident-only level boasting lush gardens, barbecue facilities and cabanas.

Adding to the appeal of Mason & Main is its proximity to various amenities. Located just 350 metres from Merrylands Train Station and directly opposite Stockland Shopping Centre, residents have convenient access to transportation and a wide range of retail options.

The development is also in close proximity to Parramatta CBD, which is only a short six-minute train ride away.

As the construction of the Mason & Main precinct progresses, new retail announcements are expected to follow, including a vibrant eat street and a fresh food marketplace. These additions will further enhance the lifestyle offered by the development and provide residents with a diverse range of dining and shopping experiences.

Limited studio, one, two and three-bedroom floorplans are still remaining in the project, with prices starting from $413,000.
