Q3 2022 Project Update

There has been substantial progress with the Mason & Main residential and retail precinct over the past quarter. Since being onsite since October 2020, we can now give an updated report on Building A, B and C as well as our residential towers, D and E.

Collaboration between our design and architecture teams ensure meticulous quality control throughout every phase of the build and is critical throughout the planning and construction phases to ensure the vision of Mason & Main comes to life.

Outside of the development there is a lot of work to look forward to in Merrylands. Cumberland City Council recently commenced the construction of Merrylands Civic Square which is located just 50 metres down the road from Mason & Main.

Stage One: Building A, B & C

Stage one has made significant progress and most recently we completed the structural works for the 4-level basement which will become the carpark for Mason & Main retail precinct.

Building C is well underway with strong progress with the completion of the excavation.

Stage Two: Building D & E 

We are also pleased to announce that construction has now commenced on buildings D and E. A piling rig has been established on site with excavation of the basement to follow.

The current Mason & Main display suite will be knocked down as construction is now underway and will be placed opposite Stockland Shopping centre.
