Q4 2023 Project Update

Over the last quarter, significant progress has been achieved across the project, with Stage One nearing the end of the fit-out phase and Stage Two progressing well within the structural phase.

Stage One: Building A, B & C

Within Stage One, key tasks have been completed to reach the final stages of construction across Buildings A, B & C. These include completing Building A’s interior fit-out, with all apartments across 24 levels now equipped with all the necessary fixtures, finishes, and appliances.

Currently, the team is focused on completing the final stage of Building A, which includes quality inspections and functional testing to ensure each apartment meets the highest standards.

Buildings B & C are following closely behind with the external façade complete and internal fit-out works well underway.

Looking ahead to 2024, the team is on track to achieve practical completion, which is the final stage of construction. This is a significant milestone representing the completion of all buildings in Stage One.

Stage Two: Buildings D & E

Stage Two has kept strong momentum across both buildings D & E in the last quarter.

Building D has seen significant progress with the concrete core reaching level 7, and Building E concrete core now on level 9. Exterior façade works have commenced, with the team completing up to level 2 on Building D and level 4 on Building E.

In the new year, the team will be focused on achieving the milestone of topping out both buildings D & E, which signifies the completion of the structure phase and exterior façade and fit-out works will continue to progress.

Retail & Dining Precinct

Patrick Sergi, Retail Leasing Director for Mason & Main, provided an insightful update on the upcoming retail experience at the development.

“Since our last quarterly update, we have secured remarkable retail and dining tenancies at Mason & Main, as we eagerly anticipate the grand opening of the precinct in 2024.

Our first retail anchor tenant at Mason & Main is One Playground. One Playground has earned accolades as one of the best boutique fitness brands in the world. One Playground at Mason & Main will cover an enormous 2,700 square metres over two levels, have 5 group training studios hosting over 200 classes a week, and offer the best wellness and fitness experience to future residents and the local community.

Further, we are pleased to announce that we have secured an array of food and beverage retailers and complimentary services such as a boutique nail bar and specialist barber to the precinct.”
